-TERMS OF PARTICIPATION-

The following are invited to take part in the Conference:

  • Tour operators;
  • TouristBoards from the region
  • Representatives of hotel accommodation

 

During the stay of the participants in Banja Luka, the organizer will bear the following costs:

 

  • Accommodation at a four-star hotel for two nights (for two participants of the conference);
  • Airport-hotel-airport transfer (Banja Luka or Zagreb Airport);
  • Transport during field-trip included in the Conference programme;
  • Lunch and refreshment.

 

For more than two participants from the same organisation, the City of Banja Luka will provide the following for each additional participants:

 

  • Hotel accommodation (the costs of hotel accommodation for more than two participants from the same organisation will not be paid by the City of Banja Luka);
  • Airport-hotel-airport transfer (Banja Luka or Zagreb Airport);
  • Transport during field-trip included in Conference programme;
  • Lunch and refreshment.

 

Working languages:

Serbian and English. Simultaneous and/or consecutive interpretation will be provided.
